Pot Notes

Your plant journal,
your choice.

Private beta privacy notice. Operator contact details and the final public policy must be supplied before public release.

What we store

Pot Notes stores your account identity, household membership, plant profiles, observations, care records, photographs, sources, and change history. Offline changes and cached records are stored on your device. Device notification tokens are stored if you enable notifications.

Who can access it

Members of your household collection and the AI companions you authorize can access its records. Your connected agent’s provider processes the information you request through its own service and privacy terms. Pot Notes does not operate an embedded AI conversation service.

Your controls

You can revoke companion connections, remove caretakers, export your records, and delete your account. Account deletion removes owned collections and their photos. Contributions to someone else’s shared collection retain their history with your name removed. Encrypted backup copies follow the deployment’s retention schedule.

Sign-in

Apple or Google sign-in is handled through Auth0. Pot Notes does not receive your Apple or Google password.
